I consider Reed Elsevier as my second home. I started 10 years ago and it has gone by so fast — it’s true what they say that time is irrelevant if you are enjoying what you do.

  • What type of leader are you?

I am driven, motivated and passionate in my craft. I would also like to be someone who never settles for anything else and delivers results more than what is expected.

  • What is SERVANT Leadership to you?

As a servant leader, I would like to think of this as paving the way, giving back to the community and organization. As we go further up the ladder, it is also our responsibility as servant leaders to pass on the torch. Share learnings with others to help them realize their career aspirations.

  • What do you think is your legacy as a leader?

Establishing the Continuous Improvement footprint in Iloilo, bagging the Philippine Quality Award and being the youngest manager to date. An impossible task is just a state of mind.
