BACOLOD City – A retired policeman and his wife were rescued in Barangay Bulwangan, Hinobaan, Negros Occidental yesterday morning amid flashfloods brought about by Tropical Storm “Dante”.
They were Retired Police Master Sergeant Daky Dacuscos and his unnamed wife, both residents of the town’s Barangay Asia.
They were reported missing around 7:30 p.m. on June 1.
The couple were homebound when hit by flashfloods at a bridge in Barangay Bulwangan.
Their Toyota pick-up was totally wrecked at the foot of the bridge./PN
