ROXAS City – The Comprehensive Land Use Plan Draft for 2021 – 2030 of this city is up for review.
Once done, the land use plan is expected to be approved this August, according to Mayor Ronnie Dadivas.
The Committee on Zoning and Land Use Development of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) chaired by Councilor Paul Baticados recently held a meeting relative to the review of the land use plan.
There is a need to review and update the city’s CLUP, according to Dadivas, noting that he was just a councilor when he filed the CLUP ordinance 16 years ago.
“Gani personal ko gid nga ginpresentar sa konseho ang Roadmap for Development ukon direksyon nga luyag naton padulungan sang Roxas City sa masunod nga 10 ka tuig. Prayoridad sini ang infrastructure development, tourism, road network kag iban pa nga maga-level up sang estado sang aton syudad,” said Dadivas.
The meeting of the Committee on Zoning and Land Use Development was also attended by Vice Mayor Teresa Almalbis, Councilor Bords Viterbo, Jaime Altavas, Pip Acepcion and the members of the CLUP Technical Working Group of the city government./PN
