AS THE ONLY CHILD of celebrity couple Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres, Juliana Gomez basically grew up in the spotlight, with the public excitedly waiting for her to grow up and follow in her parent’s footsteps.
On Sept. 8, Richard celebrated his daughter’s 23rd birthday with a post sharing all his favorite photos of her growing up.
In his post, he wrote, “Happy Birthday my love! Always remember that you will always be that little girl in my mind and in my heart. Always keep in your heart that mom and I love you so much and we only wish and want the best in your growing up life. Happiest birthday to you!!!”
Apart from being a stunning beauty, Juliana is also an accomplished athlete, following in her dad’s footsteps as a member of the Philippine National Fencing Team where she took home medals in the West Java fencing challenge in Indonesia as well as the 2022 Air Force Open Fencing Championship in Thailand last year.
Juliana is also a certified UAAP champion who brought home the lone gold medal in fencing for the University of the Philippines earlier this year.
She is currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Public Administration at the state university.
In a previous interview, the talented athlete revealed that she chose to study college in the Philippines so she could be near her parents as well as continuing the legacy of being a UP alumni just like both her parents and grandfather.
Last year, it was revealed that Juliana is currently in a relationship with her fellow fencer, Miggy Bautista. (PUSH)
