BACOLOD City – He was found dead floating in the river.
Resident 44-year-old Eduard Moscosa was believed to have been drowned at the Ambaro River in Barangay Patag, Silay City in Negros Occidental, police said.
According to police investigation, 33-year-old resident Jobe Estardo discovered Moscosa floating in the river around 2 p.m. on March 28.
His body was brought to the Manapla Funeral Parlor for a post-mortem examination.
Officers of the Silay City police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
