BACOLOD City – He was found dead in the river in Purok Sigay, Barangay Singcang-Airport.
The 21-year-old resident Joemel Flores was discovered lifeless around 5 a.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Police Station 8 chief Captain Charles Gever said Flores was an alleged solvent addict.
It was not immediately established what was the cause of his death.
Flores’ family refused to brought his body to a mortuary for a “post mortem” examination./PN
