BACOLOD City – Already in the state of decomposition, a body was found floating in the river in Barangay Baviera, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as the 29-year-old resident Rico Doble.
According to police investigators, Doble’s body was discovered around 4 p.m. on March 9.
Officers of the Sagay City police station were still investigating the incident.
