BACOLOD City – The motorcycle he was driving crashed against a truck in Bangga Carmela, Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Christian Lamberto, 23, sustained head injuries after his vehicle bumped into a Fuso cargo truck around 2:27 a.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Lamberto – resident of Barangay Alicante, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental – hit the front portion of the truck and fell off his motorcycle, it added.
He was brought to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Police identified the truck driver as 32-year-old Arnel Rayos of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
He was detained in the Silay City police station./PN
