BACOLOD City – Charged with robbery, a man was arrested in Barangay Mambulac, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 24-year-old Marvin Celeste is a resident of Barangay 11, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
A team from the Sagay City police station led by Police Officer 1 Christopher Panes caught Celeste at around 9:40 a.m. on July 10 on the strength of an arrest warrant, the report added.
Celeste was detained at the Sagay City police station lockup facility./PN
