BACOLOD City – A suspected robber was arrested in Barangay 3, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Twenty-nine-year old Alfred Duran of the city’s Barangay Zone 5 was accused of stealing a laptop around 5 a.m. on Sept. 22.
Complainant Myril Villaverde, 34, told police the suspect broke into her house through the second floor.
The suspect forcibly detached the iron grill in the terrace using a steel pipe, said Villaverde.
The stolen laptop was worth P50,000.
