BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a man charged with robbery with homicide in Barangay 1, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 26-year-old resident Jeremy Del Rosario was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental dated Aug. 1, 2019.
He was detained in the Himamaylan City police station’s lockup facility./PN
