ROXAS City – Preparations are ongoing for the vaccination of residents here against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Mayor Ronnie Dadivas led city hall officials in the orientation of barangay officials on the city government’s COVID-19 vaccination plan.
“Daku ang papel sang barangay sa preparasyon para sa epektibo, madasig kag luwas nga implementasyon sang vaccination program. Indi ini masarangan sang city government kag mga healthcare workers lang,” said Dadivas.
The city government allocated P60 million for COVID-19 vaccine procurement. It targets to inoculate 70 percent of the city’s population to achieve herd immunity.
