ROXAS City – The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has approved this city’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance.
Mayor Ronnie Dadivas said the CLUP and Zoning Ordinance will set the direction of the city’s development under his administration.
“Maid-id namon ini nga gintun-an kaupod ang nagkalain-lain nga opisina sa city government kag mga ahensya nga may daku nga papel sa pagdihon sang mas komprehensibo nga roadmap for development – Ro xas City Urban Masterplan, Parks and Open Spaces Development, Tourism and Culture Development, Economic Infrastructure Development, Road Network Development, kag Smart and Digital City Program. This is a long-term plan para sa pag-uswag sang aton nga syudad,” Mayor Dadivas said.
Following this, the city mayor expressed his gratitude to CLUP Technical Working Group, especially the City Planning and Development Office, and Arnold Alarcon Lorelei Piansay.
He also thanked the Sangguniang Panlungsod headed by Vice Mayor Teresa Almalbis for the swift passage of the ordinance./PN
