ROXAS City – A man was caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 9, a police report showed.
Officers from the Capiz Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit arrested the 36-year-old Jeff Ardeña of Barangay Libas after he sold shabu to a poseur-buyer for P1,000 on Saturday, the report further stated.
Recovered from Ardeña’s possession were four sachets of shabu, a cellphone and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Ardeña – a newly identified drug personality – was detained at the Roxas City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
