ROXAS City – The city government will prioritize the vaccination of medical students and those in allied health courses and currently enrolled and scheduled for hospital duty or community duty for school year 2021-2022.
Yesterday, a pre-vaccination registration for 150 slots was held at the city hall grounds. The system is first come, first served.
Working in the hospital or in the community is one of the requirements for students of Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Technology, Nursing Aide, Physical Therapy, Pharmacyt, and Radiology, among others.
According to Mayor Ronnie Dadivas, the students must be residents of Roxas City and they must be certified by their school for hospital or community duty, or must bring their current school registration form for the pre-vaccination registration.
Those qualified will be scheduled for vaccination on July 30. (With a report from Merlinda Bagnate)/PN
