ILOILO City – In Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City a 20-year-old theft suspect was detained at the city’s police station.
Police served Jason Bat-anon an arrest warrant around 9:30 a.m. yesterday. He was a resident of Barangay Banica, Roxas City.
Judge Lorencito Diaz of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17 issued the arrest warrant.
The suspect’s bail bond was set at P24,000 but it remained unclear as of this writing if Bat-anon was able to secure his temporary liberty./PN
