ANTIQUE – The S-PASS (Safe, Swift, and Smart Passage) is not required for inbound travelers in Antique due to Executive Order No. 14, Series of 2022 or An order extending the implementation of Alert Level System 2 for Covid-19 response in the Province of Antique issued last Tuesday, March 2 of Governor Rhodora Cadiao.
Cadiao also ordered to implement the said EO No. 14 immediately until March 15.
EO No. 14 states that fully vaccinated inbound travelers do not need an S-PASS to enter the province. All they need to present is the vaccination card or vaccination certificate.
For unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated inbound travelers, they still need to present an S-PASS.
“Wara na S-PASS sa mga fully vaccinated travelers. Ang anda lang pakita amo ang vaccination card or vaccination certificate,” Cadiao said.
Here are the guidelines stated in the EO No. 14 Cadiao issued.
For fully vaccinated returning Antiqueños five (5) years old or above from areas outside Region VI:
* Present COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccination certificate and valid ID/ birth certificate
* Undergo a health risk assessment upon arrival at the receiving municipality in the province of Antique and if symptomatic, undergo isolation and appropriate testing at the designated COVID-19 isolation facility. Food and supplies needed by the returning Antiqueños while in isolation shall be their personal or families’ responsibility
* Asymptomatic returning antique shall limit mobility and adhere to the guidelines at the local health authority specifically on symptom monitoring and reporting for at least seven days
For unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated returning Antiqueños five years old or above from areas outside Region 6
*Secure negative RT-PCR test, provided that the test has been conducted after a five days strict quarantine from the point of origin, provided further that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the province of antique.
* Secure notice of coordination from the municipal coordination for returning Antiqueños
*Present valid ID/birth certificate
* Provide an approved S-Pass Quick Response code apply for S-Pass at least twelve hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinator to process the request
* Undergo a health risk assessment upon arrival at the receiving municipality in the province of Antique and if symptomatic, undergo isolation and appropriate testing at the designated COVID-19 isolation facility. Food and supplies needed by the returning Antiqueños while in isolation shall be their personal or families’ responsibility
* Asymptomatic returning Antiqueños shall limit mobility and adhere to the guidelines at the local health authority specifically on symptom monitoring and reporting for at least seven days
For unvaccinated children four of age or below from areas outside Region 6
* Secure negative antigen test result, provided that the test has been conducted after a five-day strict quarantine from the point of origin, provided further, that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the Province of Antique
* Secure notice of coordination from the municipal coordination for returning Antiqueños
* Present birth certificate
* Provide an approved S-Pass Quick Response code (apply for S-Pass at least twelve hours before travel to give leeway to the coordination to process the request).
Fully vaccinated APORs of national government agencies, their attached agencies, and other local government units, traveling on official business and coming from places outside of Region VI shall:
* Present COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccination certificate
*provide their travel/mission order and valid ID
* Pass symptom screening at the port of entry
* Observe symptom monitoring and reporting and adhere to minimum public health standards for the duration of their stay
For unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated APOR traveling on official business within Region VI shall:
* Secure negative RT-PCR test result, provided that the test has been conducted after a five days strict quarantine from the point of origin, provided further that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the province of antique.
* Present travel order/mission order and valid ID
* Provide an approved S-Pass Quick Response code (apply for S-Pass at least twelve hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinator to process the request).
* Present COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccination certificate
*Provide their travel/mission order and valid ID./PN
