ILOILO City – A man was caught stealing a sack of rice in Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, Iloilo.
The 48-year-old Ermie Arbis of Barangay San Antonio Yusay, Sara town was detained at the Concepcion police station on Tuesday.
Rosela Demante sought the police’s help after discovering that 20 sacks of rice were missing from her store.
Responding policemen caught Arbis with a sack of rice around noon. But cops believed he had stolen more.
Demante is poised to charge Arbis with robbery./PN
