BACOLOD City – Two vintage bombs were turned over to the police in Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
It was the 36-year-old scrapper Wilbert Hitaas of Barangay 21, Victorias City who brought the bombs to the police station on Sunday.
Hitaas told the police that he discovered the bombs in a sack that an unidentified person from Talisay City, Negros Occidental brought to his junk shop./PN
