BACOLOD City – A total of 21 sacks of charcoal on board a tricycle were confiscated after the driver failed to show the police pertinent documents for their transport.

Personnel from the Isabela municipal police station and the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources flagged down the driver – Joseph Jordan – on the national highway in Barangay Tinongan, Isabela, Negros Occidental on Thursday.

The tricycle was also impounded and now under the custody of the municipal police./PN
