BACOLOD City – A man was shot dead by unidentified riding-in-tandem gunmen in Barangay Rizal, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Antonio Gallo, 57, died of a gunshot wound, a police report showed.
The incident happened around 8:20 p.m. on March 10.
According to the police, Gallo was watching television inside his house when attacked.
He was rushed to the city’s Alfredo E. Marañon Sr. Memorial District Hospital but the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
As this was being written, the identity of the gunmen and the motive in the killing remained unclear./PN
