BACOLOD City – He is listed as the No. 10 most wanted person in the police station of Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 38-year-old Edwin Quiampo of Barangay Bulanon, Sagay City faces a theft charge.
Officers from the municipal police station caught Quiampo around 8:40 a.m. on Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Rolando Ramirez of the Municipal Trial Court issued on May 23, 2003.
Quiampo was detained in the lockup facility of the Sagay City police station.
The court recommended a P10,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
