BACOLOD City – A person believed to have drowned was fished out from the sea in Barangay Himoga-an Baybay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental around Wednesday noon.
The person remains unidentified as of this writing.
Fishermen led by Barangay Captain John Bersolto found the body.
City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council head Wally Afuang said they hope the person was the 15-year-old boy who went missing on Sunday after going swimming with relatives at the Himoga-an River in Barangay Fabrica.
Afuang refused to identify the boy./PN
