BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a man charged with three counts of grave coercion in Barangay Poblacion 1, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 44-year-old Romel Divinagracia of Barangay Bulanon, Sagay City was caught on Wednesday on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Rolando Ramirez of the Municipal Trial Court in Sagay City on Jan. 17, 2002.
The court issued the warrant in relation to Criminal Case Nos. 7785, 7786 and 7787 that Divinagracia faces.
Divinagracia was detained in the Sagay City police station custodial facility.
A P12,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
