BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Malubon, Sagay City, Negros Occidental was finally arrested after 20 years of hiding.
Alexander Plania, 58, was charged with murder, a police report showed.
He was caught around 1:45 p.m. on Dec. 10.
Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 denied bail for Plania’s temporary liberty.
