BACOLOD City – A drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Maquiling, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Five sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from 45-year-old resident Genesis Celo, a police report showed.
Prior to his apprehension, Celo allegedly sold a sachet of the illegal drugs to an undercover cop for P500.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Sagay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
