BACOLOD City – A man was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, in Sagay City, Negros Occidental.

The 30-year-old Tzadok “Toto” Villanueva of Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion 1, Sagay City was arrested around 1 a.m. yesterday along the national highway in Barangay Rafaela, Sagay City, a police report showed.

A team led by Chief Inspector Robert Mansueto caught Villanueva for a different offence that was not mentioned in the report.

When police frisked him, Villanueva yielded five sachets of shabu, two disposable lighters, an improvised tooter, and an aluminum foil.
