ILOILO City – A salesman was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation at the public plaza of Mandurriao district.
The 22-year-old Cesar Canto, a resident of the district, was caught by the operatives of the Mandurriao police station’s Station Drug Enforcement Team on June 6.
Police Captain Val Allan Cambel, chief of the Mandurriao police station, said recovered from the suspect were six plastic sachets of suspected shabu with a value of approximately P102,000.
The suspect was detained at the Mandurriao police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
