ILOILO City – A salesman has been robbed of cash and cellphone on Merlo Street, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
The still unidentified robber divested Evan Lorca of Lemacel Trading Corp. of P55,000 cash and a Samsung cellphone worth P5,000, a police report showed.
Lorca, a 43-year-old resident of Barangay Boulevard, Molo district, told the police he just parked his delivery van along the road at around 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday when a motorcycle-riding armed man stopped next to his vehicle.
At gunpoint the armed man ordered Lorca to hand over his money and mobile device. The suspect sped away after.
