OVER a month after she gave birth, actress Sam Pinto finally gave her social media followers a glimpse of her baby daughter.
On Instagram, the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate and her husband, professional basketball player Anthony Semerad, shared their first family photo with newborn Mia Aya.
“My little family,” Sam captioned her post.
Anthony, who just got out of the PBA bubble, said for his part: “Ready to start this journey with you baby! Let the awesome parenting begin.”
Sam and Anthony tied the knot in a civil ceremony at Conrad Manila in Pasay in March.
Months later, in May, the couple revealed that they were expecting their first baby. They then welcomed their daughter on Sept. 1, 2021.
In a vlog they released earlier, the two explained the meaning behind their daughter’s name.
“Because we really love the ocean,” they said. “Mia is queen of the ocean, so it’s the perfect name. And Aya, it’s a very lucky name. Siyempre we want her to be lucky.”(Push)
