AT 91.11 percent passing rate, the University of San Agustin (USA) secured the 5th best performing school with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage of the March 6 to 7, 2019 Pharmacist licensure examination, the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) results show.
At the individual level, Ms. Pauline Rose Navales Flor of the Class of 2018 rated 91.60%, landing at the 4th top spot among 2,100 successful examinees from 96 schools in the country. In a text message, Flor revealed everything still seemed surreal as she did not expect to be in the top ranks. The driving forces, she said, were the determination of her batch mates, and the prayers and the support of the University professors, among others.
Ms. Sofia Cossette P. Monteblanco, Dean of the College of Health and Allied Medical Professions, expressed a similar thought in a television interview. She said the faculty force is important with the curriculum.
The Pharmacy program, under the academic supervision of Dr. Remi Charlene M. Salvilla, is one of the four programs under the said College./PN
