BACOLOD City – A man died after he was shot along Ylagan Street in Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
The 48-year-old resident Marlon Batusin Quijano sustained three gunshot wounds on the body. He was rushed to the San Carlos City Hospital where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”
The suspect who shot Quijano around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday was still unidentified as of this writing.
Recovered from the crime scene were three empty shells of a .45-caliber gun.
Officers from the San Carlos City police station have yet to determine the motive in the shooting./PN
