ANTIQUE – Authorities successfully apprehended a municipal-level No. 1 most wanted person.
The arrest of alias “Jessie” for a homicide charge was carried out in San Jose de Buenavista on April 10, 2024.
The accused is a 33-year-old construction worker residing in Barangay Guinbangga-an, Laua-an, Antique.
“Jessie” was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Ernesto Labio Abijay, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court 6, Branch 10 in San Jose, Antique, on October 10, 2023. Bail was set at P120,000.
The arrested person reportedly served jail time for drug-related charges.
Currently, he remains in the custody of the San Jose police, pending proper disposition./PN
