ROXAS City – Charged with carnapping, a man was arrested in Barangay Maninang, Sapian, Capiz, a police report showed.
The 33-year-old Eugene Dulay of Sitio Culasi, Barangay, Lonoy, Sapian was nabbed around 4 p.m. on Aug. 16.
Dulay’s arrest was conducted on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to Criminal Case No. R-MKT-17-03289-CR that he faces.
Joint elements of the Sapian municipal police station and the Makati City police station staged the arrest.
Dulay was detained in the lockup cell of the Sapian police station.
The court recommended a P180,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
