BACOLOD City – Charged with child abuse, a school teacher was arrested in Barangay 2, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
The 55-year-old Annie Soluta of Barangay Robles, La Castellana was nabbed caught around 10:40 a.m. on Dec. 3, a police report showed.
Soluta’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Cyclamen Jison-Fernandez of Regional Trial Court Branch 63 in La Carlota City dated Nov. 14, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the La Carlota City police station.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for Fernandez’s temporary liberty./PN
