ILOILO City – Charged with domestic violence, a seafarer was arrested in Barangay Bahit, Panit-an, Capiz.
The 37-year-old resident Patrick Bismanos was caught around 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 8, a police report showed.
Bismanos’ apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Domingo Casiple of the Regional Trial Court Branch 68.
The suspect was taken to the Panit-an police station.
The court recommended a P34,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
