ILOILO City – A security guard was arrested yesterday in Barangay 9, Roxas City for illegal gun possession and grave threat.
The 35-year-old Allan Fulgencio of Barangay Tiza, Roxas City did not have a license for his .9mm pistol, according to village councilman Baltazar Eyao.
Eyao took Fulgencio to the city police station around 4:30 a.m.
Prior to his arrest, Fulgencio and Jane Berongo, 26, of Barangay Punta Tabuc, Roxas City reportedly quarreled in a hotel.
The suspect then allegedly threatened Berongo with his gun.
The woman ran away and sought help./PN
