ILOILO City – A senior citizen charged with estafa was arrested in Libacao, Aklan.
On March 22, the 71-year-old Alfredo Onao of Barangay Dalagsa-an, Libacao was taken to the municipal police station.
Judge Cicero Lampasa of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 2 in Kalibo, Aklan issued the arrest warrant four years ago yet. The bail bond was set at P16,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if Onao was able to secure his temporary liberty by posting bail./PN
