BACOLOD City – Charged with act of lasciviousness, a senior citizen was arrested in Barangay 1, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental.
The 60-year-old resident Hermoso Cornella was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 3, police said.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Hinoba-an police station.
The court recommended a P108,000 bail bond for Cornella’s temporary liberty./PN
