ANTIQUE – A 75-year-old man was found dead in a canal in Sitio San Martin, Barangay Tigmamale, Valderrama town around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18.
Valderrama police said Fortunato Maguad Jr., a resident of the barangay, was on his way home after tending his cow when he accidentally slipped and fell into a canal.
Police added that the victim’s body will undergo post-mortem examination to determine if there was foul play./PN
