BACOLOD City – A senior citizen was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 30.
Seven plastic sachets of suspected shabu valued at P10,000 were recovered from 60-year-old resident Evelyn Valencia, police said.
She allegedly sold a sachet of the prohibited substance to an undercover cop for P300 around 9 p.m. on March 8.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of Police Station 5. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against her./PN
