BACOLOD City – A 74-year-old man was found dead in Barangay Man-uling, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Morito Engeres of Barangay Isio, Cauayan was believed to have died due to an illness, a police report showed.
Engeres’ lifeless body was discovered on a shoreline of the village around 6:30 a.m. on April 13, it added.
Responding officers of the Cauayan municipal police station did not find any wounds on Engeres’ body suggestive of murder. They have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
