BACOLOD City – While in a family outing, a 71-year-old man drowned in a beach in Barangay San Isidro, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Marciano Juanillo was a resident of Barangay Punao, San Carlos City.
Police said the victim was found dead floating around 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 14.
Juanillo was rushed to the Calatrava District Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
He was reportedly drunk, police said./PN
