BACOLOD City – A 61-year-old man charged with rape (two counts) and child abuse was arrested in Hacienda Agho, Barangay Dos Hermanas, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Roberto Casagan, a resident of the village, was caught around 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 23.
Judge Maritess B. Gumahin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51 recommended no bail bond for the rape charge while P200,000 for child abuse.
Casagan was detained at the Talisay City police station./PN
