ILOILO City – A senior citizen was arrested yesterday in his house in Barangay North Baluarte, Molo district.
Sixty-five-year-old Jovito Oro was accused of violence against women and children (VAWC), a police report showed.
He was taken to the Molo police station around 2 p.m.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
