BACOLOD City – A 73-year-old asthmatic man was found dead and hanging from the ceiling of his house in Barangay 1, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Around Cipriano Campo’s neck was a plastic oxygen hose.
A house help discovered Campo dead at about 5:30 p.m. on March 3.
Family members brought Campo to the Victorias City Emergency Clinic where he was officially declared dead.
According to the Victorias City police, three days prior a son caught Campo attempting to drink water laced with chlorine and stopped his father from doing so./PN
