ILOILO City – A single sachet of suspected shabu led to the arrest of a 42-year-old woman, a police report showed.
Emily “Ging-Ging” Yu of Purok 6, Barangay Nayon, San Enrique, Iloilo faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Officers from the San Enrique police station staged the buy-bust operation that led to the suspect’s capture at around 6:30 a.m. Sunday on Rizal Street in Barangay Poblacion in the town.
Yu yielded one plastic pack of suspected shabu, the police report stated.
Other items seized from her, the police said, were a coin purse, P760 cash and the P300 buy-bust money./PN
