BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu weighing about 30 grams valued at around P204,000 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Villamonte.
The 26-year-old resident John Michael Leonardia and 36-year-old Dindo Barcillo of Talisay City yielded the suspected shabu, a police report showed.
The suspects were nabbed after they sold a sachet of suspected illegal drugs to an undercover cop for P500 around 6:35 p.m. on July 10, it added.
Aside from suspected shabu, police also confiscated five grams of suspected marijuana.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 4, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
