BACOLOD City – Police arrested a suspected drug peddler in a sting operation in Barangay Orong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Seven sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P10,000 were seized from 30-year-old Francis Gerard Caingoy, a police report showed.
Caingoy was caught after he allegedly sold a sachet of illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 3:50 p.m. on Sept. 9.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Kabankalan City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
