ILOILO City – Police arrested a woman in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay San Isidro, Jaro district.
Seven sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P10,500 were seized from 22-year-old resident Merlinda Reposar, a police report showed.
Reposar was nabbed after she sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P1,500 around 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 10, the report added.
She was detained in the Jaro police station’s custodial facility.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against Reposar./PN
